Free webinars: Psychological recovery after natural disasters

Many people are experiencing uncertainty, stress, anxiety, worry, fear and grief as a result of Cyclone Gabrielle and other recent extreme weather events.

To help you take care of yourself and your family, veterinary team and community during these challenging times, we are running two free webinars with Clinical Psychologist Rajna Bogdanovic.

Rajna specialises in first responder mental health and disaster recovery and is a member of the Disaster Response Network in Australia. During the sessions, Rajna will share psychological skills and tools to help recovery and promote psychological resilience for the future.
