Tasmania is on the cusp of making significant changes in the waste and resource recovery (WARR) sector, from the impending container refund scheme and waste levy, adapting to the roll-out of the waste export bans, and new strategic frameworks for organics and infrastructure.  This forum will bring together local and interstate industry experts to discuss the latest in government and industry, and how to leverage these changes to drive the best outcome for Tasmania. 

The forum will be opened by Tasmania's Minister for Environment, Roger Jaensch MP,  and followed by discussions on food waste, policy updates, single-use plastics, and more .
